Ingredients

  • chicken wings - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • soy sauce - 2 tbsp
  • honey - 1/5 cup (60 ml)
  • water - 1/5 cup (60 ml)
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • black pepper - 1 tsp
  • oil - 2 tbsp

How to make

Put the soy sauce, honey, water and the 3 finely chopped garlic cloves in a container. Put it on the stove for about 8 min. or until the liquid is reduced by half.

Clean the chicken wings and put them in a bowl. Season them with salt, black pepper and oil.

Once the honey mixture is ready, pour it over the wings and stir. Arrange the wings in an oven dish laid out with baking paper.

Bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven about 45-50 min. If they start to burn, lower the oven to 360°F (180 °C).
