How to make
If you bought a whole piece pork belly, cut it up. The advantage of pork belly, is that it has more cartilage than bone.
Place the pork belly in a bowl and add the ketchup, soy sauce and honey and season with black pepper and salt.
Mix very well.
Put foil on top and leave it for 12 hours.
In a tray, put aluminum foil on the bottom and arrange the meat on top. Pour some of the marinade, if any, over the pork belly.
Bake the pork belly in a preheated oven at 430°F (220°C) for about 50-60 minutes, by periodically turning it on both sides twice, so that it bakes well.
The taste of pork belly is amazing - slightly sweet and juicy.
