How to make
Cut the chicken wings in half and salt them. In a deep bowl, mix the grated yellow cheese, parsley, powdered pepper and all the spices.
Grease the chicken wings with butter and fry them in the mixture with parsley and spices. Arrange them on baking paper and bake them in a preheated 360°F (180 degree) oven for about 40 minutes.
Serve them warm with garnish of your choice.
