Ingredients

  • chicken wings - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • honey - 2 tablespoons
  • ketchup - 2 tablespoons
  • chutney - 2 tablespoons
  • worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • paprika
  • celery - a few sprigs, if desired
  • cottage cheese - 1/3 cup
  • white wine vinegar - 1/2 tsp
  • milk - 2 tablespoons
  • blue cheese - 1 tablespoon, crumbled
  • white pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • garlic - 1 clove, finely chopped

How to make

Preheat the oven in advance. Combine the honey, ketchup, chutney and worcestershire sauce in a bowl and roll the chicken wings in it, that have been cleaned of their skins in advance.

Close the container tightly with a lid and put it in the fridge for 15 minutes, occasionally turning the wings. Arrange the chicken wings in a tray and sprinkle them with paprika. Put them to bake for about 30 minutes.

For the sauce, mix the cottage cheese, vinegar, milk, half the blue cheese, white pepper and garlic in a food processor and blend until you get a smooth mixture.

Add the remaining cheese. Serve the wings with the sauce in a gravy boat.
