How to make
Marinate the chicken fillets in olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper for half an hour. Drain the chicken and then put it to bake evenly on both sides in a pan with 2 tablespoons of oil. Place it in a plate.
Put the crumbled blue cheese in the same pan and stir until it melts. Then top it up with the wine, cream and mix.
Allow to simmer for 5 minutes and season with salt and pepper. Add the chicken pieces to the sauce and let it simmer for a few more minutes.
