How to make
Mix the egg, milk and oil and beat well with a mixer.
In a separate bowl, sift the flour and baking powder, then mix the dry with the liquid ingredients and mix, until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Add the finely chopped pickles, ham and crumbled blue cheese to the muffin mixture.
Stir with a wooden spoon and carefully distribute it in a muffin tin.
It is preferable to use a silicone mold, otherwise you should grease it with plenty of butter.
Bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for about 25-30 minutes.
Serve the savory muffins chilled with white wine.
