How to make
Cook the tortellini in salted water. You can tell they are ready, once they start floating on the water surface. Strain and set aside.
Heat the cream into a small pot. Cut the blue cheese into small pieces and add it to the heated cream.
Season the sauce with salt, black pepper and nutmeg to taste. Bring to a boil and set aside.
Finally sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley. Pour the sauce over the pasta and serve.
