How to make

Oven - 390°F (200°C); rectangular baking pan with aluminum foil.

In a bowl, mix the minced meat with the eggs, salt, black pepper and garlic powder. Pour the minced meat into the baking pan with wide aluminum foil and shape it into a rectangle with two spatulas.

Arrange the pieces of ham, on top of the ham the cheese slices are arranged and the spinach is arranged on top, which is not stewed in advance.

With the help of the foil, roll up the roll. Arrange the bacon slices tightly on another piece of aluminum foil. Place the minced meat roll on top of them and roll it again with the help of the foil.

That way it is placed in the baking pan and the savory roll is baked at 390°F (200°C) for about 25 minutes. Then the foil is unwrapped and it is grilled or baked at 480°F (250°C), until the bacon becomes crispy and aquires a golden color.

It is taken out, left for about 10 minutes and it is rolled out.
