Ingredients

  • chickpeas - 2 tins (400 g each)
  • garlic - 6 cloves
  • potatoes - about 7 oz (200 g)
  • paprika - 1 tsp.
  • thyme - 1 tsp.
  • rosemary - 1 tsp.
  • cayenne pepper - 1/4 tsp.
  • vegetable broth - 1 cube

How to make

Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. The garlic is peeled and cut into small pieces. Strain the chickpeas.

Fry the garlic in heated oil for a minute. Then add the potatoes, chickpeas and spices.

Mix well and add the broth. Pour about 6-7 cups of water and leave it to boil.

Then it is reduced and the garlic soup is left to simmer, until the potatoes are fully cooked.

Blend the finished soup with a liquidizer and serve it with croutons.
