Ingredients

  • chia seeds - 6 tbsp.
  • yogurt - 1/2 cup (is 1/4 regular and 1/4 fruit)
  • vegetable milk - 1 1/2 cups
  • vanilla extract - 1 tsp.
  • blueberries - 5.3 oz (150 g), frozen

How to make

Pour the chia seeds into a larger container.

Pour the milk, vanilla and add the yogurt.

Pour in the frozen blueberries and mix well.

Store it in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.

It may look very runny at this stage, but the chia seeds absorb up to 12 times their weight in liquid, by swelling up and forming a bubble around themselves with a gel-like texture.
