How to make
Pour the chia seeds into a larger container.
Pour the milk, vanilla and add the yogurt.
Pour in the frozen blueberries and mix well.
Store it in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
It may look very runny at this stage, but the chia seeds absorb up to 12 times their weight in liquid, by swelling up and forming a bubble around themselves with a gel-like texture.
The next day the chia pudding is stirred, it is distributed into cups and it is ready to be served.
