How to make
Mash the well-ripened banana with a fork. Add the strained yoghurt, sugar and cocoa and mix well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Add the chia seeds and ground walnuts. For a thicker cream, you can add more of them, but keep in mind that the chia will absorb moisture from the products and the grains will swell up.
Mix everything well and distribute the mixture into cups (I made 2 servings).
Leave the cream with chia for 1 hour in the refrigerator and consume it as a healthy breakfast or dessert and sprinkle it with pieces of walnuts before serving.
