How to make
Beat the sugar and eggs to a smooth and fluffy cream. Pour in the oil and orange juice gradually, without stopping the beating.
Then, add the sifted flour, cocoa, baking powder and finally the walnuts. Stir the cake mixture well.
Pour it into a greased cake form that you've sprinkled lightly with cocoa.
Put the Orange Cake with Walnuts and Cocoa to bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven for about 50-60 min. or until a toothpick comes out dry when you poke it.
Optionally, smear the ready cake with a little rum. Mix powdered sugar and the alcohol until you get a smooth glaze. Pour it evenly over the cooled cake.
