How to make
Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla until whitened using a mixer.
Melt the butter and add the chocolate to it, stir until you get a smooth mixture. Add it to the beaten eggs, add the flour with the baking powder, crumbled walnuts and cocoa.
Stir (not with a mixer) and pour the mixture into an oiled tray.
Bake in a moderate 360°F (180°C) oven for 25-30 min. Check to see if it's ready with a toothpick.
Smear the brownie with a glaze made from the heated cream and chocolate, stirred into a smooth mixture. Serve the brownie with walnuts.
