Ingredients

  • wholemeal flour - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • cocoa - 5 tbsp.
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • brown sugar - 6.7 oz (190 g)
  • baking soda - 1/4 tsp.
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • butter - 4.4 oz (125 g)
  • vanilla sugar - 1 packet (5 g)
  • strawberries - for decoration (can also use fruit from compote)
  • honey
  • walnuts

How to make

Preheat the oven to 390°F (200 degrees).

All of the dry ingredients are mixed.

Melt the butter and add it to the dry ingredients and add the eggs.

Stir until it turns into a smooth mixture.

Line the baking pan with baking paper and lightly grease it and pour the mixture and bake for about 20 minutes.

When it is ready, grind nuts and decorate with them. Also decorate with strawberries and drizzle with honey lightly and carelessly, but deliciously.
