"The perfect healthy dessert, which impresses with taste and aroma"

Ingredients

  • yogurt - 5 tbsp. with tip, strained or thick full - fat
  • milk - 2 - 3 tbsp.
  • chia seeds - 2 tbsp. with a tip
  • powdered sugar - 2 tbsp. or by taste
  • cocoa powder - 2 tbsp. 100% natural
  • white chocolate - for grating
  • fruit - for garnish

How to make

Mix the yogurt and milk with powdered sugar and cocoa in a bowl. Beat with a wire whisk, so that there are no lumps and so that everything dissolves well.

Add the chia seeds to the resulting chocolate and milk mixture and stir.

Transfer it into a serving cup and refrigerate it for at least 1 hour for the seeds to swell and so that a thick creamy pudding can be obtained.

Garnish with white chocolate shavings and fruit of your choice before serving.

* For a healthier and more dietary option, use brown sugar or another sweetener such as saccharin, stevia or agave syrup instead of white sugar. It would turn out good with honey.
