  • cottage cheese - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • flour - 3 tablespoons
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • turmeric - 1/2 tsp
  • curry - 1 - 2 tsp
  • baking soda - 2 pinches
  • eggs - 1
  • FOR THE CRUMBING
  • eggs - 2
  • flour - for rolling
  • breadcrumbs - for rolling
  • oil

How to make

Mix the cottage cheese with the egg and flour. Add the baking soda and spices and leave in the fridge for 10 minutes.

Use lightly greased hands to form balls the size of a walnut, roll them in flour, beaten eggs and breadcrumbs and put them to fry in preheated oil.

Drain them on paper towels.
