How to make
The preboiled potatoes are mashed with a press, the crumbled white cheese and grated yellow cheese is added.
Add the egg, black pepper, dill and salt.
Mix everything well. Grab the peppers and split them lengthwise.
Fill the peppers with the stuffing and close them up. Roll them in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs.
Heat the oil and fry the peppers burek until they aquire a golden color.
The peppers burek are served warm with mashed potatoes as an appetizer.
