How to make
Choose potatoes of equal size. Cover them with salted water and boil for at least 20 minutes. Peel them while still warm and mash them with a fork.
In a separate container, boil the milk, add the finely chopped and crushed fresh onions and steam for 5-6 minutes. Put together the onions with milk, potatoes and butter, season with salt and black pepper and stir.
