How to make
Clean the potatoes and put them to boil until tender in lightly salted water. Then drain, peel and mash them with 1 tablespoon of butter.
Blanch the cleaned and torn into small pieces spinach for a few minutes in boiling water, then drain it and add it to the potatoes. Add in the milk, salt, black pepper and nutmeg and blend everything into a nice smooth puree.
You can add crumbled feta cheese to thus homemade mashed potatoes with spinach. Serve the puree with chopped fresh parsley.
