How to make
Wash the potatoes and put them in a pot to boil. Then they are peeled and roughly chopped.
The cauliflower for the puree is washed, cut into large florets and placed in a pot of water to boil.
After the vegetables are cooked, they are placed in a bowl while still warm, seasoned with salt, grated nutmeg and black pepper.
Add the cream and gradually the milk and mash until you get a smooth vegetable puree.
