How to make

From the dough products, knead a smooth dough. Depending on the size of the egg and the type of flour, another 20-30 grams may be needed. If the dough seems hard, you can add 1 tbsp. of cold water.

Wrap the dough in cling film and store it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. When the dough has already cooled, divide it into 30 equal sized balls.

Distribute each ball and shape them into small baskets. Stick the bottom of each basket with a stick, so that it does not rise when baked. Bake the baskets for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C.

Prepare the mashed potatoes from 1/2 packet of powder, which we cook according to the instructions on the package, but we can also prepare it ourselves.

Fry 30 meatballs. They can be prepared according to your favorite recipe and you can use minced meat for grilling.

Squirt a rose of mashed potatoes in each basket, pierce them with party sticks or toothpicks, a meatball and a piece of tomato.
