How to make
Dice the zucchini finely, chop the onions into round slices and put them to braise together.
Add 1 tsp paprika and pour in water, not too much - about 4-5 cups.
After boiling for a bit, add the heads of garlic and leave it for 15 min., then pour in the rice.
Once the rice is boiled, sprinkle with spearmint.
Try it, it's a really tasty country-style vegetable dish that my grandma used to make for me and which became my favorite.
