  • quinoa - 7 oz (200 g)
  • tomatoes - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • carrots - 2 pcs.
  • broccoli - 4.6 oz (130 g)
  • onions - 1 onion
  • salt - by taste
  • peppers - 2 pcs. green + 2 pcs. yellow
  • peas - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • oregano - 3 pinches
  • olive oil - 4 tbsp.
  • lemons - 1 pc.
  • black pepper - 3 pinches

How to make

Wash the quinoa and leave it to simmer for about 8 minutes.

Then blanch the broccoli.

Cut the onions, peppers and carrots and fry them in a deep pan with olive oil along with the garlic paste.

Season with salt and black pepper and transfer into a large baking pan.

Add the boiled quinoa along with the boiling water.

Add the peas, broccoli and sliced ​​tomatoes.
