How to make
Clean the broccoli, divide it into florets and blanch them for 4 minutes in salted water. Transfer them to a deeper glass cook pot and season taste with some spices. Beat the yoghurt well. Cut the cleaned pepper into thin strips and mix it with the broccoli.
Heat the oil in a pan on the stove and fry the flour. While stirring with a whisk, dilute the sauce with yoghurt and once thickened, remove it and flavour it with spices. Mix the sauce with the grated vegetable cheese.
Pour thus prepared sauce over the broccoli, put the lid on the container and bake in a moderate oven for 25-30 minutes.
