How to make
Open the tin of tomatoes and pour it into the saucepan. Warm them but do not boil them.
Pour them into plates or bowls. Season with as much salt as you like.
Wash the leeks and cut them into crescents.
Sprinkle a little feta cheese in each plate and add the leeks on top.
Roast the hot pepper on the stove. Cut it into small pieces. Sprinkle it and add 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil and serve.
*You need a tin of diced tomatoes. If you're use whole tomatoes, then before you heat them, you will have to cut them into small pieces.
