How to make
The calamari along with the tentacles is well cleaned from the skins and the plastic-like formations inside. Wash it well and drain it from the water.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, crushed garlic, soy sauce, mustard, ketchup, oregano (optional) and white pepper. Stir.
Spread the calamari nicely with the resulting marinade and leave it to cool for at least 30 minutes, preferably about an hour.
Cook the calamari on a preheated and greased grill, until it is fully cooked.
Serve the grilled calamari sliced on its own with a slice of lemon or in the company of fresh vegetables of your choice.
