How to make
Pour the sifted flour into a container and make a well in the middle. Pour all the products into the well and knead the dough, which we divide into 16 pieces.
Place the shaped balls in a floured tray and leave them for about 30 minutes.
Roll out each ball into a thin crust of about 3 mm, the size of a piece of paper with a diameter of about 60°F (15 cm).
Sprinkle crumbled cheese on top of the crusts.
Roll each crust into a roll without tightening and then roll the resulting roll into a spiral.
Sprinkle the top of the spiral roll with flour again and roll it into a loaf (about 5 mm thick).
In a baking pan, fry the finished gozleme with very little oil on both sides for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
