How to make
Put the milk to boil with the sugar and butter, pour in the semolina in a trickle and stir to obtain a thick cream. Allow it to cool and add the beaten eggs and grated orange peel.
In a greased baking dish, arrange half the ready-made phyllo pastry sheets. Spray them with oil and pour on the cream. Cover the pastry with the remaining sheets, add melted butter and bake in a moderate oven.
Cut into pieces and serve hot, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
