How to make
Braise the finely chopped leeks and dock, add a little salt, spearmint and paprika. Remove from the stove, break the egg in and stir.
Sprinkle some of the mixture onto every phyllo pastry sheet, crumble on feta cheese and sprinkle a little oil.
Wrap them up and arrange in the oven dish.
Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven.
