How to make
Extinguish the baking soda in the yoghurt. Whisk the eggs and add yoghurt. Stir and pour in 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, oil, 2 pinches of salt and the sifted flour.
Stir with a whisk until you get a uniform mixture. Heat a greased pan with a thick bottom. Use a large ladle to pour in some of the mixture.
Bake the fluffy pancakes on both sides and while still hot, top them with butter.
