Ingredients

  • dates - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • butter - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • agave syrup - 3 tbsp.
  • dried apricots - 1.7 oz (50 g)
  • hazelnuts - 1.7 oz (50 g)
  • seeds mix - 3 tbsp.
  • raisins - 1.7 oz (50 g)
  • oatmeal - 5.3 oz (150 g)

How to make

Preheat the oven to 370°F (190 degrees). Grease a baking pan. Blend the dates. Put the butter, agave syrup and the blended dates in a pot and heat them slightly.

Stir until the butter has melted. Add all the other products to the pot and stir until everything is very well mixed.

Pour the mixture into a baking pan and bake it for about 15-20 minutes. Take it out and cut into 12 pieces, leave it to cool and serve.
