How to make
Grind almonds and oats in a blender. For an even more authentic brownie taste, walnuts can also be used. It is not necessary to grind them too finely, but it is best if you can see the pieces.
Add the cranberries to them - whole or coarsely chopped and a pinch of salt.
Pour the dry mixture into a bowl.
Put the dates and water in the blender and blend at maximum speed as finely as possible. Pour the mixture into a small saucepan and place it on the stove over low heat 190°F (90 degrees) for 2 minutes.
Add the butter, chocolate and honey to the warmed and softened ground dates, reduce the heat to 140°F (60 degrees) and stir for 4 minutes.
Add the milk and then the dry mixture. Stir well and if it is too thick, add a little more milk. In any case, the mixture remains thicker.
Pour it and flatten it out in a small baking pan. Make small incisions to mark the pieces without reaching the bottom.
The delicious brownie is baked at 330°F (165 degrees) in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
The baked healthy brownie is left to cool completely and then with a sharp knife cut it into pieces.
You can also serve it warm in the company of a ball of low-calorie ice cream.
Enjoy!
