Ingredients

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • orange - 6.3 oz (180 g) or 1 peeled
  • cocoa powder - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • dark chocolate - 3.2 oz (90 g) 70%
  • butter - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • whole grain rice flour - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • honey - 3 tbsp.
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp.
  • grated orange peel

How to make

Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Add the beaten eggs to the melted chocolate.

Grate some orange peel (optional) into a small bowl and peel the orange and put it in a blender. Add the juice from the blended orange to the chocolate mixture.

Add the cocoa, honey and melted butter to them.

Mix well and then add the rice flour and baking powder. Mix everything well and pour the mixture in a baking pan lined with baking paper.

I used a glass baking pan 6.5x5.5″ (16x14 cm).

Bake the brownie in the middle of an oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes.

Leave the orange brownies cool down and if you like, grate orange peel on it.
