How to make
Chop the cauliflower with a chopper. Season the resulting mixture with salt, black pepper, dried basil, thyme, garlic and add the eggs. Mix well and spread into a baking pan with a non-stick bottom and if desired, grease the pan with oil.
Bake the base for 15 minutes.
During this time, cut the remaining products as you like.
Remove the lightly baked pizza base, spread the tomato sauce over it and arrange the vegetables. Sprinkle once again with dried basil and thyme and bake again for about 50 minutes.
Finally, arrange the mozzarella and sprinkle with finely chopped basil and parsley leaves and bake for another 10 minutes at 360°F (180 degrees).
