For this keto pizza, grate the cauliflower (you can grind it in a chopper), stew it in a greased pan with ghee, until it is stewed.
Leave to cool and stir it in a bowl with the yellow cheese, flaxseed, eggs, salt and tahini.
Spread the finished mixture in a tray, lined with baking paper. The thickness of the pizza base is about 1 cm.
Bake it for about 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 480°F (250 degrees) until it starts to form a brownish crust.
When it is ready, arrange the bacon, mushrooms, yellow cheese, olives on top and sprinkle with black pepper.
