How to make
The yeast is dissolved in water, with the olive oil, sugar and a few tablespoons of flour and it is then left to rise for 15 minutes.
Add the flour and salt and knead a soft, non-stick dough. Leave it to double its volume. Roll out the dough in a circle onto baking paper and arrange the pizza toppings.
Spread the tomato sauce, arrange the mushrooms, slices of bacon, olives and mozzarella. Season with oregano and bake in a preheated 180 30°F (degree oven) until it's fully baked.
Before taking it out of the oven, sprinkle it with grated cheese. Top it off with cherry tomatoes and basil.
