How to make
Sift the flour in a bowl. Warm up the water and dissolve the yeast with a pinch of sugar. Pour the flour. Add a tablespoon of olive oil and the salt. Knead the dough.
Form it into a ball and place it into a floured bowl. Spread it with olive oil and cover it with a piece of plastic wrap and a towel.
Leave the bowl in a warm place while the dough rises. Heat a few tablespoons of olive oil in a pan. Add the mushrooms, cover the pan and stew them over low heat for about 10 minutes.
Peel the potato. Boil it, until it's almost done. Grate it on a coarse grater.
Season with rosemary and a clove of garlic. Roll out the risen dough thinly. Sprinkle with the finely chopped rosemary and garlic. Spread the grated potato on top and add the mushrooms.
Leave the pizza rest for 20 minutes. Bake at 430°F (220°C) in a preheated oven with a fan for about 10 minutes. Cut it into pieces and serve it while it's warm!
Enjoy!
