How to make
Sift the flour and make a well in the middle. Add the yeast, salt, sugar and oil. Gradually, add the water and knead a soft dough. Cover it with a towel and leave it to rise.
Make the filling by finely chopping the onion and pepper without the seeds. Peel the tomatoes and blend them. Add the vegetables to the minced meat, add the oil, savory herb and finely chopped parsley. Knead until you have a smooth mixture.
Divide the risen dough into 4 equal balls and roll them out into round crusts.
Spread each turkish pizza with the stuffing. Arrange them in a pan lined with baking paper and greased with oil. Bake them in a preheated oven until they brown.
