How to make
Mix the minced meat with the tomato paste, chopped onions and crushed garlic, the pureed peppers, all the spices and salt to taste.
Put the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Shape the dough into ovals for the crusts, the ends of which need to be thicker. In the middle of each, distribute a thin layer of the mince mixture.
Put the crusts in a greased or covered with baking paper oven dish. Put them to bake in a moderately heated oven.
Toward the end, pour on some of the beaten eggs over each Turkish Lahmacun Pizza. Bake for a few more minutes and then take the pizzas out.
