"We all know that the birthplace of pizza is Italy but if you haven`t tried Lahmacun then you have no idea what kind of serious competition the Italians have."

Ingredients

  • dough - ready - made for pizza
  • mince - 9 oz (250 g)
  • tomato paste - 2 to 3 tablespoons
  • peppers - 2, pureed
  • onions - 1 red
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • cumin
  • savory
  • paprika
  • black pepper
  • oil
  • eggs - 2 to 3, slightly beaten

How to make

Mix the minced meat with the tomato paste, chopped onions and crushed garlic, the pureed peppers, all the spices and salt to taste.
