How to make
Prepare the filling first: Grate the cheese, dice the gherkins and ham, whisk the eggs and mix them with the sour cream. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares of equal size.
Keep a small piece of pastry and cut it into stripes, which you will attach along the sides of each square, to keep the filling in place.
Preheat the oven to 390°F (200 degrees), grease a piece of baking paper and place it on a tray. Arrange the puff pastry squares on top, attach the stripes along the edges of each square and pour in the filling evenly.
Drizzle a little olive oil on top of each pizza and bake with fan in the center of the oven for around 15 minutes.
Serve warm with a jug of chilled buttermilk.
