Cut the puff pastry into squares, 6″ (15 cm) x 6″ (15 cm), put the onions, ham, tomato and grated cheese on top.
Sprinkle with spices to taste. Bake in a preheated oven at 430°F (220°C) until ready (10-15 minutes).
