How to make
Distribute the dough into 8-10 balls and shape each one like a small pizza and arrange them in a tray lined with baking paper.
Spread each mini pizza with tomato puree and pesto, then garnish them with sausage (cut into cubes), mushrooms and corn.
Cut the blue cheese into strips as well as the yellow cheese (or grate it) and add the blue cheese first and the yellow cheese on top.
Bake them in a preheated oven until they're ready.
