How to make
Put all the toppings for the Turkish pizza (minced meat, egg, grated cheese, ajvar, black pepper, cumin, Celtic salt) in a deep bowl and mix well, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Then spread a whole grain lavash with the filling.
Transfer onto a sheet of baking paper and move it into the oven.
Bake the lahmacun at 390°F (200°C) for 7-8 minutes.
Take out the minced meat pizza and sprinkle with fresh parsley and chili powder.
