"Bring exoticism to the table with lahmacun with lavash!"

Ingredients

  • lavash - 1 whole grain pc.
  • minced meat - 7 oz (200 g), beef
  • cheese - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • eggs - 1
  • ajvar - 2 tbsp. or lutenitsa
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
  • salt - 1/2 tsp., Celtic
  • cumin - 1/4 tsp.

How to make

Put all the toppings for the Turkish pizza (minced meat, egg, grated cheese, ajvar, black pepper, cumin, Celtic salt) in a deep bowl and mix well, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Then spread a whole grain lavash with the filling.

Transfer onto a sheet of baking paper and move it into the oven.

Bake the lahmacun at 390°F (200°C) for 7-8 minutes.

Take out the minced meat pizza and sprinkle with fresh parsley and chili powder.
