How to make
Roll out dough with a rolling pin into a round shape and spread it on a greased with olive oil tray, into a thickness of 1/4 (4 mm).
On top of the dough, place the mashed tomatoes, then pieces of fish fillets and the crab rolls that have been cut lengthwise, sprinkle with blue cheese and cheese, and top with sliced black olives and pieces of lemon.
Bake about 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 °C) until you get a golden crust. Before presenting, sprinkle it with a few drops of olive oil.
