How to make
Sift the flour and add the salt and yeast to it. To them add the warm milk and stir until homogeneous. Add oil until you obtain a soft, smooth and stretchy dough.
Lay out a pizza tray with baking paper and distribute the dough evenly on top. Smear a thick layer of homemade chutney, chop the processed cheese into round slices and distribute them over the chutney.
On top of each slice, arrange a thin slice of Vienna sausage and sprinkle corn around it to make it look like a sun. Dice the remaining Vienna sausages and mix with the remaining corn. Grate half the cheese into the corn/sausage mix (to act as a binding agent) and stir, distribute the mixture in the empty spaces around the so-called suns.
Bake the pizza immediately in a preheated 430°F (220 °C) oven until the Vienna sausages gain a light crisp. Take the tray out and grate the remaining cheese on top, return the tray to the oven and bake until the cheese melts.
It's a kids' favorite: their favorite Vienna sausages, thick layer of chutney, processed cheese (or grated feta) and cheese.
