Ingredients

  • creamy cottage cheese - 9 oz (250 g)
  • milk - 12oz (350 g)
  • bananas - 1 pc.
  • cocoa powder - 2 tbsp.
  • walnuts - about 5 pcs.
  • honey - 2 - 3 tbsp. (or to taste)
  • bee pollen - 1 tsp.
  • ice - 2 - 3 cubes (optional)

How to make

Peel the banana, put it in a blender.

Add the walnuts, cottage cheese, cocoa, milk, honey and bee pollen.

Blend everything until you get a smooth mixture.

Pour the shake into a glass, add ice (optional) and serve it.
