  • minced meat mix - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • onion - 1/2 pc.
  • bread - 1 slice of bread
  • milk - 1 cup
  • salt
  • savory herb
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • breadcrumbs - for the breading
  • for the sauce
  • butter - 1 lump
  • flour - 1 tsp.
  • milk - 2 cups (400 ml)

How to make

Meatballs for kids, that any kid would eat!

Soak a slice of bread in milk until it softens. Squeeze it and place it into a bowl, along with the minced meat, onion (finely chopped), egg, salt and savory herb.

Knead the minced meat and leave it for a few hours in the refrigerator. Take it out and shape it into round meatballs. Roll them in the breadcrumbs and fry them in a heated pan with oil. Take out the fried meatballs and place them on kitchen paper.

Make the sauce by melting the butter and frying the flour in it. Dilute it with fresh milk, while stirring constantly with a wire whisk. Add the spices and cook until the sauce thickens.

Serve the kid's meatballs on a plate onto the sauce.
