  • flour - 1 cup
  • water - 1/2 cup
  • fresh yeast - 0.2 oz (5 - 6 grams)
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • sugar - 1 pinch

  • minced meat - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • onions - 1 small onion
  • red peppers - 1 pc.
  • tomatoes - 1 pc. (red)
  • black pepper
  • parsley
  • spices - by taste

How to make

Use the dough products to knead a dough and leave it to rise until you prepare the toppings.

For the toppings, the onion and pepper are cut into small pieces and fried until soft, add the minced meat and mash it, fry until crumbly, add salt and spices of your choice, finely chopped tomato without the skin.

Fry until its left in its fat, until it's golden brown.

Remove from the heat and cool.

Spread the risen dough in a greased pan and arrange the toppings.

Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 degrees) for about 15-20 minutes.
